Superfood Overnight Oats

Whether you’re traveling or at home, mornings can be hectic.  Instead of reaching for something processed plan ahead with overnight oats! Oatmeal is a great option in the morning because it’s filled with fiber and it’s what some call a “slow-release” carbohydrate, which means it won’t spike your blood sugar and it will help you burn fat.  ONO, also contains hemp seeds, chia seeds and maca, which is great for stamina and helps your body temperature regulate faster. 

 

How to Enjoy: ONO, is easy to prepare, at night before you go to bed pour the packet in a container that has a lid, add one cup of water or one cup of nut milk and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.  In the morning, stir the mixture and if needed add more liquid to get it to your desired texture.  Drizzle some honey or maple syrup on top.  If you’re looking for added protein, place a small dollop of your favorite nut butter in the oats as well!  This is convenient, great for when you’re on the go and it travels well, you can take the soaked ONO, through airport security with no problems and the soaked mixture can go without refrigeration for a substantial amount of time.  Contains peanuts. 16 ounces.
